Tailored to meet the unique demands of MMA athletes, our strength and conditioning programs optimize performance, ensuring proper technique and preparation for all competition phases.

Training One

INITIAL CONSULTATION

Start your training journey, whether you're just starting or seeking to improve, with a comprehensive initial consultation.

• A detailed technique assessment is needed to evaluate your current form and identify areas for improvement.
• Discuss your athletic goals and how our program can be tailored to meet them.

 

Duration: 1.5 hours

Training Two

ONE-ON-ONE TRAINING

Personalised sessions to maximise your performance, whether you're just starting or looking to refine your skills.

 

 

• Personalised training sessions are adjusted to your camp's current phase, ensuring you get the most out of each workout.
• Focus on improving technique, strength, endurance, energy system development and overall athletic performance.

Duration: 45-60 minute per session

$90

PROGRAMMING ONLY

Athlete-specific programming tailored to the results from your assessments, including:
 

• App Access: Manage your training schedule and monitor progress through our dedicated app.
• Adapted For Competition Phase: Programs are specifically designed to match the requirements of your upcoming competitions. These will be continually updated to ensure all areas of strength and conditioning are covered based on progression.

 

PRICING (App Access):

Once a Week Program: $35
Twice Weekly Program (Recommended): $60


Full Access: All programming includes unlimited access to our team seven days a week for questions and feedback.
Athletes can send videos, photos, or Facetime in real-time for technique assessments or exercise queries.

ADVANCED MONITORING

Maximise Your Athletic Potential with Precision Tracking
 


Our advanced monitoring services provide detailed insights into your physiological responses to training. We help you fine-tune your performance and recovery strategies to ensure you are always at your best.

• Heart Rate Monitoring and Reporting: Available during late-fight camp to ensure optimal conditioning and recovery.
• RPE and Load Monitoring: Our app tracks your Rated Perceived Exertion (RPE), and we will adjust your training loads accordingly.
• Other Sports Science recommendations: Acclimation and Acclimatisation recommendations for international fights (e.g. Heat and Humidity or Altitude).

Monitoring Athletes

NON-ATHLETE-SPECIFIC PROGRAMMING

This service is available in a non-athlete-specific format, with pricing provided upon request.

TRAVEL SERVICES

We offer on-location training and support based on an hourly rate. If required, we can travel to your gym for training. Pricing details are available upon request.

Background

I have had the privilege of working with some incredible athletes over the years, including Stephen Erceg, since the beginning of his amateur career. I am so fortunate to do what I love—working with some of our exceptional talent in Perth, seeing combat sports athletes excel in their sport and working with other coaches to provide recommendations for their athletes based on fight plans and strength and conditioning goals. Working with the entire coaching team ensures individual approaches for every athlete.

  • Bachelor of Sport and Exercise Science (BSportExSc)

  • Accredited Exercise Scientist (AES)

  • Australian Strength and Conditioning Association Level 1 (ASCA L1)

  • Nationally Recognised Nutritionist - Sports Nutritional Advisor

 

Jodi's approach is driven by science in sports performance and is dedicated to ongoing research and education. She is pursuing a Research Master’s at Murdoch University, focusing on the reliability of assessment protocols for MMA athletes. Her research is conducted with industry leaders, including supervisors at the UFC Performance Institute in Las Vegas, ensuring that our training programs incorporate the latest advancements and best practices in physical training and athlete monitoring.
