Shipping Information

Shipping & Delivery:

All orders can be shipped Australia wide, delivery times are an estimated timeframe and the delivery date is not 100% guaranteed from any of the transportation companies we use. We primarily use Australia Post for retail sales. For wholesale clients, we use third party freight companies such as Startrack express, Toll or private couriers. Neither Intrepid Sports Pty Ltd nor any of the mentioned freight companies / couriers can be held liable for any form of compensation regarding late deliveries. Wholesale clients, you are more than welcome to arrange your own transportation company to collect your order, please contact us after your order has been placed.     



Freight will be calculated based on the size and weight of your order. As we use a number of transportation companies (Australia Post, Star track & Toll Express) we only use who will be cheapest for you, this can only be established once your order is processed (checked out). If you would like to get a freight quote for an order, please contact us before finalising your order and one of our staff will either send you an email or call you regarding the freight amount for your order. You can then confirm with them via email or over the phone, if you would like to proceed or cancel your order. Insurance of goods can also be requested by the customer, please contact our office regarding this option when your order is finalised. 


How long will my order take?

It depends on the item. If it is a stocked item, it will be dispatched within 24-48 hours of order payment. If it is a custom made product and has to be specially ordered in or is an Australian made product done in our factory, it will take a longer period of time. IF it is an overseas manufacturer, this period of time can be approx. 3 months. We will keep you informed of the expected delivery date of any custom made items.


Goods Damaged In Transit:

If you ever receive a carton, punch bags and or any other item from us that has been damaged in transit, never sign acceptance of this item. Immediately take a photo of the item and instruct the delivery driver to take it back to the depot as you will not accept the product / item in the damaged state it may arrive to you in. This may be determined via torn packing bags or extensively damaged cartoons. Failure to do so may result in the product warranty being void and or re-transportation fees being charged to the customer. Once you sign acceptance of the freight from the delivery company you are verifying that the goods have arrived in acceptable / usable condition. 


Wholesale clients: Authority To Leave (ATL): 

As we DO NOT authorise second deliveries via our transportation companies, if you are NOT going to be at the shipping address between 9-5 we need to have an alternative instruction regarding delivery, e.g. "If not home leave around the back of house/building", this can be left in the comment section at the point of check out. If we are not given a special instruction, by default the order will have an ATL at front door. If your order is stolen, taken or signed for by an unauthorised signature we nor the transportation company cannot be held liable for this. Always send your order to a premises that is occupied and someone you can trust to take delivery for your order.
